Lead/Senior Software Test Analyst (hands‑on)

We have a great opportunity for an ambitious Senior Test Analyst or Lead Tester with strong experience in manual software testing practices as well as project or team leadership and management. Responsibilities
- Act as a key influencer and advisor for all things software testing and ensure the standard of testing is always up to speed and kept modern.
- Lead and manage the project test team’s activities, working closely with test colleagues, development managers, stakeholders, business analysts and project managers.
- Maintain hands‑on involvement in testing for projects, actively contributing to test execution.
- Support test managers / lead testers and contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience with manual software testing tools & the SDLC.
- Experience leading/managing projects or test teams.
- ISTQB or ISEB qualification.
- Automated testing experience is highly desirable.
- Experience supporting test managers/lead testers is also highly desirable; the role may suit a test architect as well.
