Strategic Agile Release Train Lead

Barclays is seeking a Release Train Engineer to facilitate Agile Release Trains and coordinate multi‑team delivery across programs. You will remove impediments, manage dependencies and drive continuous improvement in large‑scale Agile environments.

The role requires proven SAFe/Scrum experience, strong stakeholder engagement at director level, and the ability to coach teams and Scrum Masters. Roles can be based in Glasgow or Knutsford.
