This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Software Tester to join this specialist software house as they embark on developing ground-breaking applications that utilise everything from Artificial Intelligence to ChatBot technologies.
The successful candidate will work as a sole software tester in this product development team (this company have multiple product development teams, all with a manual tester in them). Being a singular tester, you will need to be able to hit the ground running as well as take ownership of regression and exploratory testing working closely with the developers and rest of the team. Being at senior level, you will be a key figure in contributing to the Test Strategy as well as given the opportunity to gain Automated Testing training from the wider business. You should already have some knowledge e.g. theory, but this will give you the support to gain the commercial skills.
You’ll enjoy working in a true Agile environment utilising TDD and BDD techniques. Working closely with the software engineers you will ensure the highest standard of software quality as part of a collaborative process so will need to have great communication skills and not afraid to speak up.
