- Play a key part in the development and delivery of Microsoft 365-based Cloud Services
- Focus on Unified Communications and optimize the CXone platform
- Contribute to a wide variety of IT infrastructure projects and support initiatives
- Provide 2nd and 3rd Line Support for email, telephony and Microsoft 365 issues
- Collaborate in deploying new solutions based on architectural designs
- Maintain and optimize cloud-based applications and tools
- Resolve faults and conduct system checks
- Support Microsoft Exchange Online
- Create and maintain technical documentation
- Deliver training to end-users and IT staff
Requirements
- Proven experience working with Microsoft Unified Communications technologies
- Hands-on experience with configuring, managing and optimising the CXone platform
- Strong troubleshooting skills for VoIP, SIP, and related telephony technologies
- Understanding of networking principles and protocols related to Unified Communications
- Ability to integrate unified communication systems with existing IT infrastructure
- Knowledge of security best practices and compliance requirements for Unified Communications
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation
- Knowledge and experience with ITIL frameworks and practices
