Lead Scrum Developer – C# / MVC, Flexible Hours

Ascent People Ltd is partnering with a Midlands IT client to recruit a Scrum Development Team Lead—C#, MVC, and a split focus (80/20) between coding and leadership. You will head a four-person team within an Agile/Scrum framework, driving delivery and standards.

The role requires expert knowledge of ASP.NET, C#, Web API, Angular, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and RESTful services. Salary up to £55k with benefits, flexible hours, and easy access from Coventry, Rugby and Northampton.
