EUC Provisioning & Imaging Technician

Apogee is seeking a hands-on EUC Provisioning and Hardware Technician to build, image, repair and deploy end-user devices from a dedicated centre in Guernsey. You will deploy Windows images, configure OS and apps, diagnose issues and perform hardware repairs, visiting sites to ensure timely delivery within SLAs.

You will maintain documentation, perform QA checks, and work with third-party teams to ensure seamless service delivery while managing inventory and asset disposal in line with standards.
