C# Developer, .Net Programmer, .Net 4.5+, VB.Net, Windows/Win Forms, SQL Server, T‑SQL, LINQ, WPF/WCF, Visual Studio 2019 – 35/45K. 1 day in the office – Flexi working.
Key Requirements
- Proven C# and/or VB.Net experience in commercial software development
- Experience developing commercial applications
- Back End development role, but Full Stack capacity if desired
- Interest or experience in web development
Role Overview
You will work on cutting‑edge software products as a Desktop developer with occasional web development exposure. You will be a mid‑level C# / .Net Windows / SQL developer, reporting to the Development Manager, in a fully established and competent development team.
Technical Environment
C#, .Net 4.5+, VB.Net, Win Forms, SQL Server, T‑SQL, WCF/WPF. Agile/Scrum methodology; familiarity with sprints is preferred. Solid knowledge in WPF and/or MVVM.
Responsibilities
You will translate business requirements into software solutions, researching and developing algorithms and programming in C# or VB.Net. You will estimate, design, and implement logic that delivers system functionality, adopting an end‑user perspective to test solutions adequately.

Benefits
Permanent role; Salary up to 40-45K + 25 days holiday. Office based in the East Midlands (Sheffield, Leicester, Nottingham, Derby). 1 day a week in the office.
