Credit Hire Litigation Specialist

Davies Group in Newcastle is seeking a File Handler Litigated Credit Hire to investigate litigated credit hire claims up to £25,000. You will manage a caseload, perform legal research, negotiate with third party solicitors, and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and SRA standards.

The role offers 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, with an emphasis on settlement and efficient file handling under Team Leader supervision.
