AI Staff Security Engineer

We’re partnering with a globally recognised leader in the digital advertising, marketing technology and digital transformation sector to appoint an experienced AI Security Engineer.

You’ll play a key role in developing a proactive security strategy focused on automation, AI governance and emerging AI threats.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Design and deploy AI Detection & Response capabilities.
• Lead AI security assessments, red teaming and penetration testing.
• Secure large language model and agentic AI environments.
• Develop security automation using SIEM, SOAR and agentic workflows.
• Strengthen vulnerability management and supply chain security practices.
• Build controls to reduce Shadow AI risk across the organisation.
• Drive AI governance, compliance and secure‑by‑design principles.
• Embed security into AI development and deployment pipelines.
• Engage business stakeholders and promote AI security best practice.

What We’re Looking For

• Extensive security engineering experience.
• Strong offensive security or penetration testing background.
• AI Red Teaming experience.
• Knowledge of LLM security risks and AI threat modelling.
• Experience with SIEM, SOAR and security automation.
• Cloud security expertise.
• Knowledge of AI governance frameworks.
