My client are looking for a Software Developer with experience of C# ASP.Net and MVC. They are developing enterprise and cloud solutions for an international market and are using the latest technologies and methods. In addition they are funding and training their staff to take the MCSD certification. There is also an opportunity for you to work on mobile development projects.
Reporting to the Architect, following Agile design processes and practices where applicable, the programmers’ main responsibilities will include:
- Designing and developing .NET applications that support the major business integration programme currently taking place
- Providing ongoing support for those applications
- Working collaboratively within an Agile team
- Contributing to code quality and clean code principles
The following skills and experiences are essential for this role:
- Proven experience of C# / ASP.NET development on multiple projects
- Experience with .NET 4, MVC, TDD, AJAX, HTML, CSS, XML, SQL, VB.Net
- Proficiency in Visual Studio and source control (e.g., TFS)
- Experience with cloud development, WCF, WPF, and mobile development is a plus
- Strong Agile development mindset
