• Own and manage complex technical solutions to support BSI various environments• Collaborate and work with cross functional teams including security, architects and delivery• Contribute to the design, build and operational management of a highly scalable, secure and available PaaS/SaaS platform• Provide out-of-hours or on-call services as required• Reduce and remove bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the ecosystem• Work to reduce or eliminate manual or repetitive tasks• Champion and embody a mindset of agile delivery and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Effective key communicator and stakeholder management in large, complex organizations
- Confidence and professionalism when engaging with stakeholders
- Prioritisation and delegation abilities
- Essential technical skills:- CI/CD, microservices, infrastructure as a code, monitoring/logging, containerisation & automation
- Operational Management: Synthetic Monitoring tools: NewRelic, Site24x7 or Pingdom
- Code Management: Azure Repos and/or Enterprise GitHub or Bitbucket
- Container & API technologies: Docker, Kubernetes, Apigee
- MS ADO, Azure Boards and/or Jira, Confluence
- Desirable technical skills: Experience of working with offshore/nearshore service providers
- Security, Test & Release Automation: Acunetix (or similar), Azure Artifacts & Test Plans and/or, Jenkins
- Azure Enterprise: Cloud, IaaS, PaaS and SaaS environments
- Site reliability engineering, familiar with chaos engineering principles
- Certification AZ 900 / AZ 104 / AZ 204 / AZ 500
