Key Responsibilities
- Support and champion the personal development of young people across the King’s Trust programmes.
- Lead personal development sessions – in person, via MS Teams or in the outdoors – ensuring high‑quality delivery and engagement.
- Maintain safeguarding, health & safety, and data protection compliance for all young people, volunteers and partners.
- Record the data and progress of young people, volunteers and partners in line with funding contracts.
- Empower delivery partners and service providers to reach ambitious outcomes for the young people.
- Contribute to the Trust’s inclusive and EDI strategy by driving local action plans that align with the organisation’s wider goals.
- Step into additional roles as required and stay prepared for any unexpected situation.
Logistics & Working Hours
- Contract type: Permanent, full‑time, 35 hours a week.
- Location: Leeds – hybrid (minimum 3 days in the office per week with occasional off‑site visits).
- Assessment centre: 31 July, in‑person at the Leeds Centre.
- Closing date: 23:59 on 21/07/2026.
