About the role

React.js/Front End/Web Applications Developer with strong skills in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and React. Based in the East Midlands and part of a modern software house with financial backing and growth opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain front‑end applications using React.JS and associated libraries.
• Lead and support other developers within the team.
• Collaborate with designers and back‑end teams to build responsive, user‑friendly interfaces.
• Write clean, well‑tested code and participate in code reviews.
• Ensure applications are performant, maintainable, and meet user requirements.

Required qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of software development experience.
• At least one complete, production‑ready React.JS project.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern front‑end frameworks.
• Desirable experience with Flux/Redux, RESTful APIs, JSON, and Git.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and independence.
• Degree preferred but real‑world experience is valued.
