Town Planner – Cheltenham. Salary: Negotiable depending on skills and experience. An excellent opportunity has become available for an experienced Planner to join a respected consultancy in Cheltenham. The successful Planner will be working as part of an experienced team, delivering expert planning advice to their clients including retailers, developers and local authorities and working on exciting and challenging projects.
Qualifications
Minimum of two years post-qualification experience and Chartered Member of the RTPI (or working towards this).
Responsibilities
Deliver planning applications and appeals, undertake site appraisals, develop planning strategies and provide advice and guidance to clients throughout all stages of the planning process.
