Desktop Support Technician (12-Month FTC)

NHS Scotland in Edinburgh seeks an IT Helpdesk Support Officer on a fixed-term contract of 12 months. You will be the first point of escalation for service desk requests and provide desktop hardware and software support across NHS Lothian. Training and user guidance are also part of the role.
