Practice Development Lead – SEND Training & QA

Hertfordshire County Council’s SEND Quality Assurance Team in Stevenage is seeking a Practice Development Lead on a fixed-term 12-month contract. The role designs and delivers staff training within the SEND Academy and across services to upskill professionals and improve outcomes for children and young people with SEND.

You will work with the Learning and Development Team to deliver QA-informed training, support action points from EHCP quality audits, and contribute to service transformation.
