About the Role
Our Stock and Systems Manager plays a crucial role in our distribution centres, having a full understanding of the operating systems in the warehouse and liaising with other Stock and Systems Managers across the business to adopt a wider business best practice. You will act as the site’s technical co‑ordinator and provide technical expertise in all warehouse systems. It is your responsibility to drive stock integrity and compliance through process accuracy and continuous improvement through auditing, coaching, challenging and excellent site communications. You will understand the depot business plan and provide accurate updates to the depot management team and colleagues regarding stock, accuracy and kit management, as well as drive stock and process compliance through coaching and continuous improvement plans, ensuring ways of working are understood, effectively rolled out and monitored. Responsibilities
- Act as the site’s technical co‑ordinator and provide technical expertise in all warehouse systems.
- Drive stock integrity and compliance through process accuracy and continuous improvement.
- Audit, coach, challenge and maintain excellent site communications.
- Provide accurate updates to the depot management team and colleagues regarding stock, accuracy and kit management.
- Ensure ways of working are understood, effectively rolled out and monitored.
Qualifications
- Organised with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong network building and relationship management abilities.
- Good understanding of warehouse operating systems.
- Attention to detail with a strong concern for accuracy.
- Positive attitude and ability to flex in an ever changing environment.
