Role

• New role created for a Principal C# Developer seeking diversity in day‑to‑day work.
• Hands‑on development 50% of time.
• Leadership and team engagement 50% of time – leading a cross‑functional Scrum team of Developers, Business Analysts, Testers and UI designers.
• Setting the Gold Standard for software development; communication and confidence are essential.
