Platform Architect & Payments Lead (Hybrid, AI Tools)

TeamFeePay in Belfast is seeking a Principal Software Engineer to set architectural standards and lead the backend and payments strategy. You will drive the transition from Heroku, making platform decisions that shape the company’s technical trajectory and act as the primary point of contact for complex backend issues.

You’ll own the Platform squad’s product direction, mentor senior and lead engineers, and influence the company’s technical roadmap as TeamFeePay scales across the UK and Europe.
