Responsibilities

• Ensure the business has the IT infrastructure required to meet strategic objectives.• Maintain, upgrade and configure servers and networks, ensuring spare capacity is always available.• Provide 3rd line support and manage support calls as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience within a systems / infrastructure administration role
• Strong MCSE/MCITP background
• Extensive experience with Windows operating systems (XP, 2003, 2008, 2012)
• Experience with Exchange Server, VPN, Router systems and 2010 Exchange
• Experience with all aspects of systems security including anti‑virus, backup and network security
• Active Directory / GPO management
• Knowledge of security/firewalls, networking, switches/routers, backup solutions
