Visitor Experience Leader & Duty Manager

The Royal Albert Hall in London is seeking an inspirational Visitor Services Manager to lead a large, diverse front-of-house team in a fast-paced events environment.

You will manage up to 150 Stewards, 16 Supervisors and 4 Duty Stewarding Managers, delivering excellent customer service, training and performance management.

A key part of the role is acting as Duty Manager for events, ensuring safety, welfare and compliance with licence conditions.
