Key Responsibilities and Experience
- Have experience of looking after ERP or SQL Server based systems.
- Have worked with 3rd party IT service suppliers.
- Can work as the sole IT administrator.
We are working with a global retail client who has been operating for over 25 years and is fully remote at the moment. They use modern office facilities in the heart of London and have a presence in over 10 countries worldwide. They pride themselves on their sustainability and environmental program and offer an award‑winning service that is continually growing year on year.
We are looking for a Business Systems Manager to primarily look after their ERP solution and SQL business applications, and also support the internal IT environment. This role works with a 3rd party IT provider and manages this relationship.
Technical skills required include ERP knowledge (SAGE, Epicor, Navision, Vintner, SQL Server), general BAU IT support, MS Windows, Linux, MS Office, Outlook, Excel, Access.
You will manage the ERP systems, the website and other business applications while providing first line support for all staff.
Experience in creating reports using SQL, PowerBI, or Business Objects is advantageous.
The role involves BAU work as well as migration and upgrade projects.
You will contribute to creating the IT strategy with senior management.
