1st/2nd Line Software Support – SQL / ITIL – Derby 27K

We are looking for a “Software Support” / “Application Support” candidate on behalf of a global software house that is recognised for their investment in people including excellent training and career opportunities.
As an experienced 1st/2nd Line Helpdesk / Application support / Software Support Analyst you will work at both 1st and 2nd line, prioritising calls on a busy helpdesk and attempting to resolve issues before escalating them to the software development team. Experience with ERP software such as Dynamics, SAP, Navision, Visual Studio, SQL Server or MS Windows is desirable. An ITIL qualification would also be considered highly.
- Experience with ERP Software (Dynamics, SAP, Navision) – highly desirable
- Knowledge of Visual Studio, SQL Server and MS Windows
- ITIL qualification or experience
- Experience with reporting tools such as SQL Reporting, Crystal Reports or Business Objects (beneficial but not essential)
- Language skills – a plus for a global support desk
