Delphi Developer — Real-Time Desktop Apps (Hybrid)

Ascent People Ltd is seeking a Delphi Developer to join a small, focused software house working on business-critical real-time applications in the East Midlands. The role involves developing and maintaining desktop applications in Delphi, from design to deployment, with migration from Delphi 6 to Delphi 10.

You will contribute across the full product lifecycle, including database design, backend and frontend implementation.
