Senior Showroom Host

Location: Glasgow Audi

Hours: 44 hours per week Monday to Friday 8am – 5.30pm

Salary: £29,161

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers and deliver a world‑class customer experience.
• Maintain a tidy, welcoming showroom and uphold high standards of presentation.
• Communicate effectively, balancing confidence and assertiveness while engaging customers warmly and empathetically.
• Use organisational skills to manage multiple responsibilities and maintain attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a hospitality or automotive environment.
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly, approachable, and professional manner.
• Strong organisational abilities and an eye for detail.
• Warm, empathetic, and enthusiastic attitude towards customer service.
