Overview

We are seeking a Junior Scrum Master to join our software development team and play a key role in project completion for our global software house. Candidates of all ages and backgrounds will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Hold true Agile Scrum Master responsibilities on projects with 1+ years of commercial experience.
• Run ceremonies to ensure the team can perform their duties (developers & Business Analysts).
• Support Agile and full SDLC processes without handling external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 12-18 months of commercial industry experience in software development projects (Java or .Net/C#).
• Hands‑on Scrum Master experience.
• Understanding of Agile, SDLC, and relevant qualifications preferred.
