Overview
As an E2 Linux Infrastructure Engineer you will be working within our Business Integration Platform technical delivery team with responsibilities for the build, development and maintenance of our Linux platforms enabling the provision of strong business solutions for some of the Society’s key strategic platforms. You will be involved at all stages from design, build, configure, test and support. You will join our Linux community to share ideas and collaborate with other professional Linux/Unix engineers.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, configure, test and support Linux platforms to enable business solutions for key strategic platforms.
- Develop and maintain Linux infrastructure as part of the Business Integration Platform technical delivery team.
- Collaborate with the Linux community and other professional Linux/Unix engineers to share ideas and advance capabilities.
Qualifications/Experience
- Experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL).
- Skills in Ansible, AAP and OpenShift are encouraged and can be developed further through training.
Working Arrangements
Nationwide offers hybrid working wherever possible. The role may require in-office collaboration; there may be a need to regularly connect with colleagues in the office depending on location and project needs. If successful, the hiring manager will provide further details.
