Data Analyst

Job Description

A Data Analyst will collaborate with the team to identify, implement, and validate suitable tools, translating business needs into actionable metrics.

Key Responsibilities

• Data analysis, specification, data profiling, measurements and improvements
• Creating and maintaining data visualisations (architecture, implementation, training, support, monitoring and tuning)
• Presenting data in compelling, clear and actionable stories
• Leading and facilitating workshops for stakeholders
• Developing a performance management framework, defining KPIs and ensuring they are measurable
• Working collaboratively with agile delivery teams
• Producing regular performance reports and dashboards that drive stakeholder decision‑making

Qualifications

• Over 1 year of experience as a Data Analyst
• Degree in Computer Science or a STEM field
• Ability to present complex analysis and visualisations, providing tactical and strategic recommendations
• Deep understanding of technical concepts and their alignment with the wider technical landscape
• Experience working within an agile development team
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Programming skills for data and analytics using SQL
• Experience designing and building complex reports/dashboards using Power BI, Tableau or Qlik
