Senior Software Performance Engineer – Team Lead

Arm is seeking a software performance analysis engineer to lead a small team focused on optimizing software across Arm systems worldwide. You will guide efforts to identify bottlenecks in large codebases and collaborate with tooling teams to find robust solutions.

The role requires strong C/C++ skills, excellent English communication, and at least two years of managerial experience. You will work with open source communities and partner teams, reporting to the Arm Userspace Performance group.
