Ascent People Ltd in East Midlands is seeking an IT Manager / Software Developer with a hybrid role combining IT management and software development. The role involves maintaining internal infrastructure, developing and supporting the eCommerce platform using C#, .NET Core, SQL Server, and ASP.NET MVC, and guiding cloud migration.

The position is full-time, based in the East Midlands (Nuneaton, Leicester or Coventry), with a salary up to £40,000 plus pension and 25 days holiday.
