We are seeking a Software Delivery Manager to own continuous delivery and test strategies for a global software house. The role involves direct line management of developers and testers and ensuring a DevOps mindset across delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and mentoring to direct reports and teams across programme delivery.
• Own and deliver against a continuous delivery and testing roadmap.
• Implement best practice in test automation for functional and non-functional testing.
• Collaborate with other Delivery Managers to ensure best practice build, deploy, and test pipeline.
• Ensure all stakeholders are aware of the testing roadmap schedule and facilitate mutual win/win implementation.

Qualifications

• Experience managing dynamic software teams.
• Background as a Software Delivery Manager in continuous delivery environment.
• Experience working in a software house adopting the DevOps approach.
• Strong knowledge of functional and non-functional testing approaches, Microsoft cloud technologies, and continuous delivery.
