Job Description:
Modis International Ltd is seeking a Systems Ops Analyst for a 12-month contract (training in Warwick, then Wokingham). The role is based in a live 24/7 operation supporting CNI services, including applications, middleware, databases, OS and servers.
You will join a team delivering 24×7 monitoring and 1st line support to meet SLAs, with collaboration across second/third line teams, control room staff, IT helpdesk and incident managers. SC clearance is required.
