Role Overview

Infrastructure Engineer, 3rd/4th Line support, project delivery, networking, and system administration in a global technology environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support, development, and administration of all Network & Infrastructure Systems.
• Deliver and manage 3rd line support with involvement in 2nd line when required.
• Lead project delivery in your domain, meeting strict deadlines.
• Collaborate with 3rd parties and suppliers to ensure service quality.
• Work flexible hours as needed to support operational demands.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proficiency in MS Windows XP/7, Server 2003/2008, Exchange 2010.
• Experience with VMware, Cisco, and SCCM.
• Knowledge of AD, GPO, SharePoint, and Cisco networking.
• Certificates such as CCNA/MCITP are desirable.
• Strong ownership, accountability, and team collaboration skills.
