Requirements
- Active SC Security Clearance is essential.
- Strong hands-on experience with Azure Cloud Services.
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps pipelines and release management.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD principles and deployment automation.
- Experience with Git-based version control systems.
- Experience implementing and managing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Bicep, Terraform, and ARM Templates.
- Experience with Docker and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) is beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Support the design, implementation, and maintenance of secure, scalable, and automated cloud environments within a regulated Azure ecosystem.
- Work closely with Lead Developers, DevOps Leads, Architects, and Testers to enable efficient software delivery through automation, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platform management.
- Drive operational excellence, deployment reliability, and continuous improvement across the development lifecycle.
- Develop, maintain, and support CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and Git-based workflows.
- Implement automated build, deployment, and environment provisioning processes.
- Troubleshoot and monitor tools within Azure environments.
- Configure and maintain Azure cloud resources across Development, Test, UAT, and Production environments.
- Assist in implementing containerized solutions using Docker and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).

We are offering a 3 to 6 month hybrid contract based in Taunton, with primarily remote working and travel to our Taunton office typically around three times per month. This is an opportunity to work with a leading global IT transformation on a large-scale Government project. The contract is outside IR35 and pays up to £500 per day, with an ASAP start during Summer 2026.
