Founding Front-End & Design Engineer

Dex is seeking a hybrid design engineer to own the entire front‑end experience from day one. You will work closely with the founders to shape the product’s visual and interaction language, translating Figma prototypes into production React code and building the design system that underpins the platform.

You will design interfaces in Figma, ship production code, and collaborate with civil servants and policy experts to ensure the product meets government needs with transparency and rigor.
