About The Role
We are seeking a versatile Software Developer to design, develop, and deliver robust software solutions that power mission‑critical communications systems. You will join a collaborative agile team focused on ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability across diverse environments.
What You’ll Do
- Full-cycle development covering analysis, design, implementation, testing, and integration while helping shape the future of life‑saving communications technologies.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (stand‑ups, sprints, retrospectives) and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver solutions that meet user requirements and business goals.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable C# code for a WPF platform, participate in peer reviews, and ensure adherence to high coding standards and best practices.
Required Experience
- Good skills in C#/.NET development and familiarity with WPF as a target platform.
- Experience within an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell is advantageous.
- Open to recent graduates for Junior positions and mid‑level developers.
Location & Availability
Hybrid role based in Hull – developers must be onsite at least 2‑3 days per week. Eligible for UK SC security clearance.
