Responsibilities

• Support software release into high availability areas
• Embrace automation / DevOps for software release
• Background in configuration or application support
• Experience in coding or scripting – C#, Python, SQL, Powershell
• Create builds; deploy code; configure systems; create automated scripts
• Change control and develop release and change processes and application support

Qualifications

• IT infrastructure / application support / software support of desktop or web applications
• Understanding of designing, optimising, maintaining or improving software build and deployment pipelines (e.g., MSBuild, Bamboo, Jenkins, Selenium, PowerShell, Redgate)
• Experience automating tasks with PowerShell or other scripting languages
• Understanding of modern software development technologies, practices & environments
• T‑SQL knowledge
• IIS experience
• Network & infrastructure knowledge
