Salary: £45,000 – 60,000 per year
Requirements
- We have experience with M365 tenant-to-tenant migrations.
- We are comfortable engaging with and challenging stakeholders at a senior level.
- We have a proven ability to deliver technical projects on time.
- We can manage and prioritise our workload effectively.
- We are detail-focused with strong problem-solving skills.
- We have strong working knowledge of Microsoft Server 2016, including Active Directory, Group Policy, and file servers.
- We have working knowledge of Windows 10/11 and virtualisation technologies such as Hyper‑V.
- We have strong working knowledge of M365, including Exchange, SharePoint, PowerApps, Microsoft Teams, Teams Phones, Entra ID, and Intune/Autopilot.
- We understand networking fundamentals, including wired and wireless design, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, WAN, and VPN.
- We have experience with security tools and controls such as MS Defender XDR or equivalent, Entra ID, MFA/passwordless technologies, Conditional Access, and UEM/MDM such as Microsoft Intune.
- We have experience supporting end‑user hardware such as laptops and desktops.
- We can understand and articulate technology impacts on business outcomes.
- Awareness of surrounding technologies and systems is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- We provide the support team with the documentation needed to support systems delivered by our Engineer team.
- We provide end‑user support for complex issues outside documented scenarios.
- We take responsibility for the technical design and implementation of in‑scope IT systems.
- We ensure required systems and services are delivered securely and within agreed OLA and SLA requirements.
- We work autonomously to agreed scopes and deadlines.
