Senior AI Genomics Platform Engineer

Sequencing seeks a Senior AI Bioinformatics Engineer to design and build AI systems that reason over whole genome data. You will join a team of senior engineers creating distributed services, genomic reasoning engines, and data platforms to enable AI to interpret genes, variants, diseases, and medications.

You’ll work at the intersection of bioinformatics and AI, owning backend systems at scale and applying genomic knowledge to real-world platforms that millions may use to understand their DNA.
