Overview
As a System Ops Analyst, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining infrastructure services and contributing to the infrastructure improvement programme. You will work closely with our Security, Networking, Development and Endpoint Operations teams.
Responsibilities
- Provide support of IT Infrastructure – Windows Systems & Applications.
- Ensure adherence to group security and compliance policies.
- Research problems and issues, gather information from a range of physical and informational sources, review defects on platform or assembly in order to gain a complete understanding of the problem and all relevant circumstances.
- Manage or work as part of a team on Infrastructure improvement projects.
Required Skills & Experience
- Install, configure, administer, maintain & support Microsoft Windows Server Operating systems (all versions).
- Experience with a variety of IT administration & management frameworks.
- Experience in Active Directory & PowerShell, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, MS 365 Administration and Azure AD.
- Microsoft Exchange (hybrid) and SQL.
- Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager / Tanium.
- Hyper‑V and VMware including ESXi installation, configuration and management.
- Backup and Recovery – Veeam.
- Linux experience advantageous.
- Administration skills for Cloud platforms.
- Knowledge of HPE hardware including servers, storage and storage fabric.
- 3+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Compensation
Salary: Up to €51,000 per annum, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications. We offer a competitive total rewards package, with compensation determined based on the successful candidate’s experience and the requirements of the role.
