Duties

• Assist on a range of residential and commercial projects
• Prepare and submit building regulation and planning application
• Help deliver projects from inception through to completion
• Carry out site visits and ensure technical compliance is achieved

Qualifications

• Degree within Architectural Technology
• Relevant post qualification experience within a relevant role is desirable
• Proficiency with Revit
• Good knowledge of UK building regulations
• Good technical and presentation skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Live within a commutable distance to the Coventry area
