We’re partnered with a fast-growing FinTech building a global financial platform, looking for a Staff Software Engineer to help shape the next generation of identity and access management across the business.

This is a high-impact role with significant ownership, working on business-critical systems used across a global platform.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Designing and building large-scale Identity & Access Management (IAM) systems
• Developing authentication, authorisation, and access control services
• Driving architecture and technical direction across critical platform services
• Collaborating with product and engineering teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions
• Improving engineering standards, testing, and CI/CD practices
• Mentoring engineers and helping shape technical best practices

What They’re Looking For

• Strong software engineering background (7+ years)
• Experience building IAM, authentication, or authorisation platforms
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, Go, or similar
• Experience designing distributed systems and scalable backend services
• Background within FinTech or financial services
• Engineers who enjoy owning complex technical problems end-to-end
