Front End Web Developer (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) – Progressive software house – up to £400/day.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Contract Front-End Web Developer to join a Derby based specialist software company as they embark on a progressive programme of work to push their web offerings forward.
We are looking for an experienced Front End Web Developer with strengths in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 and experience with JavaScript frameworks, especially Angular. The candidate should be able to take a key role in developing responsive web applications and moving applications forward.
Key responsibilities:
- Work on exciting web development projects encompassing responsive design and front‑end technologies.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality web applications.
- Continue to grow your development toolkit and adopt new technologies.
Qualifications and skills:
- Strong experience in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Proficiency with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular (including AngularJS/1, Angular/2/4), React and Node.
- Bonus skills: TypeScript, JSON, responsive design, Bootstrap, React, Node, SQL.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast‑moving environment.
Location: Derby, with commutable options from Coventry and Nottingham and the surrounding East Midlands and West Midlands. The role can also be done remotely with an affordable relocation scheme.
Rate: Up to £400 per day.
