DevOps Engineer

Senior DevOps / SRE / Platform Engineer – London (Hybrid)

We’re looking for a DevOps / SRE / Platform Engineer to help scale a modern, cloud‑native platform powering real‑time financial products. You’ll play a key role in shaping infrastructure, improving reliability, and enabling engineering teams to ship faster and safer.

What you’ll be doing

• Designing, building, and scaling cloud infrastructure across AWS or Azure
• Owning and evolving Kubernetes environments in production
• Driving Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) best practices across teams
• Improving system reliability, observability, and incident response
• Partnering closely with engineering teams to optimise CI/CD pipelines
• Exploring and integrating GenAI tools to improve developer productivity and operational efficiency

Tech stack

• Cloud: AWS or Azure
• Containerisation: Kubernetes
• IaC: Terraform
• CI/CD: GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, or similar
• Observability: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack

Bonus

• Experience leveraging GenAI tools in engineering workflows

What we’re looking for

• Strong experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering roles
• Deep hands‑on experience with Kubernetes in production environments
• Proven track record with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code
• Solid understanding of cloud architecture (AWS or Azure)
• Passion for automation, scalability, and reliability
• Interest or experience in applying GenAI tools within engineering teams
