Overview

Senior Full Stack Developer looking to move into a Tech Lead position. The role involves 50% hands‑on coding and 50% leadership activities including meetings, business engagement, and team guidance.

Responsibilities

• Hands‑on development in C#, ASP.Net, MVC, SQL Server, Angular/JavaScript (moving into .Net Core)
• Lead a cross‑functional Scrum team alongside Developers, Business Analysts, Testers, and UI designers
• Attend meetings, engage with wider business and group companies, and drive product development forward
• Champion best practises, staying current with technology trends and encouraging the team to maintain high standards

Technical Skills

• C#, ASP.NET, MVC, SQL Server, WebAPI, Visual Studio
• Angular, jQuery/Knockout, JavaScript

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience with Full Stack development in a .NET environment
• Leading or senior developer roles
• Working with Agile/Scrum teams
