Key Responsibilities & Requirements
- At least 1–2 years of commercial industry experience in software development projects (Java or .Net/C#).
- Hands‑on Scrum Master experience leading Agile Scrum teams and running ceremonies.
- Experience in software development projects, full SDLC, and Agile practices.
- Real‑world experience is a must; relevant qualifications preferred.
- Will not be required to deal with stakeholders; focus on team facilitation.
We are looking for a Junior/Mid-Level Scrum Master to join a team, handling Agile Scrum teams and running ceremonies to ensure the team can perform their duties (devs & BAs). The role focuses on project completion for leading global software house offerings.
The package – a base salary of up to £45K with benefits. Excellent working environment based near Leicester, with a structured career path for the right candidate.
This role is based in Leicester and is commutable from Derby, Nottingham, Leicester, Loughborough, Stafford, NE Birmingham and most places in the East Midlands and West Midlands. Candidates of all ages and backgrounds are considered.
