Description

This role supports customers worldwide in using our BIM and construction software. The position offers full training on the product suite with the expectation that the candidate brings industry experience in construction, steel, manufacturing or BIM. The role is ideal for engineers or technical professionals looking to transition into software support.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide application support and troubleshooting to global customers.
• Assist with product installation, configuration and usage queries.
• Collaborate with product development teams to relay user feedback.

Qualifications

• Engineering, construction, manufacturing, steel or related qualifications.
• Knowledge of BIM, Building Information Modelling or similar tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Package

Salary up to £27,000 including pension, 25 days holiday. Based in the East Midlands, easily commutable from Derby, Nottingham, and Leicester.
