Lead MLOps Engineer: Production ML Pipelines & Governance

Royal London Group seeks a Senior Machine Learning Operations Engineer to lead production-grade ML workflows and governance. You will define CI/CD, experiment tracking, model lineage, and controlled promotions across environments using Databricks, MLflow, and Azure ML.

Work with data scientists, data engineers and platform teams to productionise models safely. You will mentor teammates, promote strong engineering practices, and embed model risk management into delivery.
