Role Overview
They are looking for a Lead Developer but are happy to take on a Senior Developer (C#, ASP.Net, MVC) who is looking to move into leadership. This is an 80/20 split role in favour of technical. You will head up one of their scrum teams and will be involved in both existing and new product development. There is an exciting road‑map for 2022 where you will be working on micro‑services solutions, high‑availability web projects, as well as mobile and cloud‑based projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead one scrum team and drive product development
- Work on micro‑services solutions, high‑availability web projects, mobile and cloud‑based projects
- Provide team leadership, including wellbeing, hiring/firing, sickness, personal development, and work allocation
