Remote Lead Developer & Tech Team Leader

Ascent People Ltd is seeking a Lead Developer / Software Team Leader (hands-on) for a UK-grown software house. You will join an Agile/Scrum team, working from home with fortnightly visits to the London office.

The role involves leading on legacy and new product development for a global market and owning projects end-to-end. You will lead the team, contribute ideas to technology strategy, and manage hiring/firing, wellbeing and workload allocation.
